Ms.Lorenzo never made me feel alone confused or neglected this whole entire process. Even The calmness Ms.Lorenzos voice alone shined a light on the confidence she has in herself and the confidence she has towards this case . Her confidence allowed me to continue too live my life with no worries in my head . Because Ms.Lorenzo is so good at her job and never made any empty promise towards me , that the intense anxiety that I live with has not bothered me since this case started .
