Such a wonderful experience, they took the time to fully explain the entire process to me and allowed me the time to make my mind up if I wanted to follow through, never pressured me. Was there to answer any and all questions I had even after my process started. Were always friendly and the level of professionalism shown was top level.

Very please with the firm, I was little hesitant at first due to fact I never experience with filing for bankruptcy. Staff was informative with me and friendly. I understood guidelines and filing was not that much difficulty. Even at the last minute of getting my paperwork, they was patience with me. Definitely recommend them to others.

When I walk in to Brock & Stout I was greeted with a smile, and the young lady was very nice it did not take five minutes before Mrs. Pamela called me to the back she has a beautiful attitude, and a wonderful attitude she explained everything so plainly and I understood what she was talking about Mrs Pamela is so full of energy she makes you feel like you are at home, and that is a good feeling when you are talking about personal matters as bills, and loans, and other private thing that you need to do discuss with her plus she is a A+ to the firm she works for.
