Brock & Stout's attorneys, office staff and assistants were very instrumental, they make it easy to navigate the water as it relates to Social Secure and the journey to a favorable resolution. They guided me through the process, especially filing the paper work. I was surprised at how well my attorney knew my situation at the hearing. I met him a few week prior to the hearing he was very knowable about my situation. He and I was able to discuss the plan forward with a course of action for any possible contingency. He also provided coaching on the correct way to address the member of the hearing on the phone ahead of time. Therefore I knew how to address the judge and the court in general. Before I went to Brock & Stout at the Birmingham office, I was burdened up to my neck, from the very first day of meeting with them I felt that burden being lifted more and more each day. They were all very sweet and super helpful. It’s just something bout that Southern hospitality I love so much and they definitely showed it. It only took all of one week for them to get everything taken care of and for that I’m forever grateful.
